Who are you?
We are seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to join our Technology Services team as a CRM Functional Specialist, either in New Plymouth or remotely across NZ. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, to join our Technology Services team.
We are flexible in that this role can be based from Auckland, New Plymouth, or remotely. This is a diverse role and will see you involved in all areas of delivery within our CRM (Dynamics 365) including requirement gathering, implementation, quality assurance, release co-ordination, and service support.
Your experience, in addition to your exposure within a financial service setting, and outstanding stakeholder management, will ensure you stand out from the rest!
Working closely with the wider organization, your will elicit and refine requirements, review, and optimize both business processes, systems workflow, and data flows, and clearly translate these into solution implementation definitions for development and systems configuration specialists.
You will also be expected to contribute to the management of multiple software change projects, including at times, assisting quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities to ensure business value requirements are being met.
To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365
- Experience in defining technical requirements for Dynamics 365
- Relevant MS fundamental/associate level certifications for Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both within technical detail and provide solutions and support to key internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated work experience with Financial Industry, or equivalent domain knowledge
