Who are you?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, to join our Technology Services team as a CRM Technical Specialist.  This role can be based from Auckland, New Plymouth, or remotely.  This is a diverse role and will see you involved in all areas of technical delivery within our CRM (Dynamics 365) including requirement gathering, implementation, quality assurance, release co-ordination, and service support.

Your experience, in addition to your exposure within a financial service setting will ensure you stand out from the rest! 

Working closely with the wider CRM Team, you will assist to refine requirements, review, and optimize both business processes, systems workflow, and data flows, and clearly translate these into technical solutions implemented within the CRM environment.

You will also be expected to contribute to the management of multiple software change initiatives, including at times, assisting quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities to ensure business value requirements are being met.

To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Technical Consultant / Developer in Dynamics 365
  • Experience in defining technical requirements for Dynamics 365
  • Relevant MS fundamental/associate level certifications for Dynamics 365
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both within technical detail and provide solutions and support to key internal stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated work experience with Financial Industry, or equivalent domain knowledge
