We are looking for a Casual Customer Service Representative to support two of our TSB Branches across Inglewood and Bell Block.

Are you someone that would complement our team? 

Perhaps you are a student and have the ability to spontaneously swoop in to support our team when someone is ill or on leave?
Are you retired, and love working with the public and are keen on some adhoc hours supporting and helping our incredible customers?
Or do casual on call hours just suit your lifestyle?

Being casual and on-call, means there are no fixed hours of work.

You will be the hero to the team; as you will be there to cover planned/unplanned leave across Bell Block and Inglewood branches. This would require you to have a great deal of flexibility as you may be called upon at anytime. 

No weekend work is required so you can enjoy the Summer sun.

  • You will have passion for helping customers with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver good customer outcomes and make a difference.   We are a small team that cares about each other, collaborates, communicates well and takes joint accountability for delivering on our commitments. 
  • You’ll be someone who demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine desire to help customers and build lasting relationships. As the first point of call for our customers you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and a positive outlook.
  • You will be committed towards putting the needs of our customers first and have natural initiative and the ability to self-manage.
