We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Stratford team in Taranaki. If you love helping customers, have an interest in finance and looking for your first opportunity within banking, then this could be a great first step.  As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be someone who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service.   As the first point of call for our customers you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and positive outlook. Your continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first will set you apart from the rest, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required will be second to none. This is a full-time role with the hours being Monday- Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.
 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A genuine desire to help customers
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with customers and your team members
  • A systematic, organised approach to work
  • At least one year's experience in Hospitality or a Retail Customer Service-related position
  • Positive, customer focused approach
