We're looking for people in a variety of shifts including part time, full time, and up to one weekend shift per week. Whilst our Contact Centre is based in New Plymouth we have remote working flexibility and the potential to provide work from home options for the right candidate within Taranaki.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least one year’s experience in a sales or customer service position
- Previous contact centre experience preferred but not essential
- High resilience
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident using technology and proficient computer skills
- A positive outlook and “can do” service attitude
