We're looking for people in a variety of shifts including part-time, full-time, and up to one weekend shift per week. Our Contact Centre is based in New Plymouth
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least one year’s experience in a sales or customer service position
- Previous contact centre experience preferred but not essential
- High resilience
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident using technology and proficient computer skills
- A positive outlook and “can do” service attitude
