Who are you?

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, action-oriented individual to join our driven and innovative Marketing team, as Marketing Manager. This is role is referred to internally as Channel and Local Marketing Lead. In this role, you’ll utilise your unique skills to develop and implement campaign and communication activity for our distribution channels and drive the branch experience to ensure our brand and customer experience is delivery consistently. 

Working closely with the Head of Brand, collaborating across functions and connecting with both internal and external stakeholders this crucial role centers on delivering to a range of defined brand and communication objectives. As the Channel and Local Marketing Lead you will drive and implement end-to-end campaign activity across TSB’s distribution channels, manage the delivery of marketing projects identifying key touch points whilst supporting the drive and execution of marketing and brand strategies. 

You’ll use your comprehensive experience, your strong communication skills, knowledge and creativity to support all above and below the line marketing initiatives for the organisation. As a true Channel and Local Marketing Lead you’ll possess:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a senior marketing or related role
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within financial services and understanding of the industry would be advantageous
  • A systematic, one team mindset and the drive for continuous improvement
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to make connections
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • To be highly engaging, action-oriented and have a one team approach
