About the role

We’re looking for an experienced contract Marketing Manager to join our Brand and Marketing team for a short-term assignment, helping us deliver several priority projects during a busy period for TSB.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketer who can quickly understand the brief, navigate a complex organisation and get work moving. With a short runway, you’ll need to be comfortable stepping into projects already under way and making a valuable contribution from the outset.

You’ll work across a varied portfolio, including helping to coordinate branch upgrades, representing the TSB brand within project teams, supporting card-related projects and customer activation communications, and managing updates to marketing and customer collateral.

Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail will be essential. You’ll help turn complex information into clear, customer-friendly communications while making sure every detail is accurate, consistent and on brand.

What you’ll do

• Help coordinate the marketing and brand requirements for property projects 
• Represent Brand and Marketing within cross-functional project teams 
• Support on assigned card-related projects, including customer communications 
• Write, review and coordinate clear customer communications across different channels 
• Manage updates to marketing materials and customer collateral 
• Work with internal stakeholders and agency partners to keep projects moving 
• Manage timelines, feedback, approvals and delivery across multiple workstreams 
• Make sure all activity is accurate, customer-focused and consistent with the TSB brand 
• Pull together regular reporting for our brand campaign in market

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or senior marketing delivery role 
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing customer-facing material 
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines 
• The ability to quickly understand complex briefs and turn them into clear actions 
• Confidence representing brand and customer needs within cross-functional teams 
• Experience managing stakeholders, agencies, feedback and approval processes 
• A practical, calm and proactive approach 
• The ability to hit the ground running with limited onboarding 

Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated environment would be a strong advantage, as you’ll need to balance customer clarity, brand consistency and accuracy.
