Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 to 5pm

We are looking for a Personal Banking Advisor to join our amazing Botany team! This is an exciting position with the opportunity to join a close team environment, and to build your career within a highly successful, growing, and ambitious organisation.

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.  The role requires passion to deliver all customers with exceptional service, while being responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals.   Having a continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers, the ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to the success of this position.

You will have a compassionate nature which enables you to connect with, empathise, and understand a wide variety of people that will ensure you build lasting relationships with customers and your team members.  As a natural anticipator of needs, you have the ability to understand customer requirements and thrive in a role that allows you to build and maintain strong connections.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Undertake meaningful quality conversations, taking the time to listen and understand customer needs
• Provide sound financial advice to help educate and engage with customers
• Complete accurate records of all customer interactions, taking responsibility for the management of customer cases

We are looking for candidates who have: 

• A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years previous New Zealand banking/financial service experience.
• Able topick up new systems, processes quickly.
• Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service.
