This is a great opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join our busy Customer Engagement Centre.
About the role
This is an exciting position with the opportunity to join a close team environment, and to build your career within a highly successful, growing, and ambitious organisation. You’ll work with our customers helping them achieve their financial goals and providing information and knowledge about our products and services, including unsecured personal lending. You'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.

- As a natural anticipator of needs, you have the ability to understand customer requirements and thrive in a role that allows you to build and maintain strong connections.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and your team members is important to you.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or equivalent.
- Preferable experience of 3+ years in a customer service role
- Able to pick up new systems, processes quickly.
- Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service.
