About the role
We are looking for a Personal Banking Advisor to join our Centre Branch. You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. This is a 12 month Full Time, Fixed-Term position, from February 2026 to February 2027
Who are you?
With a passion for customer service, you will be responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. A continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to your success. You will have a compassionate nature which enables you to connect with, empathise, and understand a wide variety of people.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Provide sound financial advice to help educate and engage with customers.
- Work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Provide guidance and educate customers on digital solutions
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or working towards this
- At least 1-2 years’ previous banking/financial service experience
- Able to pick up new systems, processes quickly
- A positive and engaging nature with customers
