The Opportunity

As a Product Owner at TSB, you’re at the centre of this transformation.

You’ll lead the direction and roadmap for one of our key Mission - cross-functional initiatives tied directly to our enterprise OKRs. Reporting to the Value Stream Lead, you’ll work closely with senior leaders who are Mission Owners and stakeholders across the business, turning strategic goals into executable plans that deliver customer, operational, and business value.

You’ll serve as the critical link between strategy and delivery - shaping backlogs, driving prioritisation, and making real-time decisions that maximise impact while aligning with enterprise priorities.

Who are you?

  • A strategic thinker with strong delivery instincts - you bring clarity, focus, and momentum to complex problems.
  • A confident communicator and facilitator who builds strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and agile teams.
  • Experienced in agile product ownership with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital, product, or customer change initiatives.
  • Skilled in breaking down big ideas into actionable steps - OKRs, backlogs, and sprint plans are your toolkit for driving results.
  • Passionate about user-centred delivery and agile ways of working.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Translating the Mission vision into a clear roadmap and prioritised backlog of Epics and Stories.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and business - balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability of solutions.
  • Engaging directly with Mission Owners (senior leaders) to align outcomes to business strategy and OKRs.
  • Facilitating strong feedback loops with users, delivery teams, and stakeholders to continuously improve products and outcomes.
  • Driving delivery accountability within squads, ensuring alignment to the quarterly enterprise cadence
