About the Role
You will be responsible for the technical implementation and development of mobile and online applications, as well as integrations between services via APIs. The role also involves contributing to solution planning and delivery, optimizing business processes and workflows, and supporting services.
Key responsibilities include knowledge sharing, incident management, and driving continuous improvement across service operations and support.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Technology Services team, leveraging your expertise in developing test scripts, automation pipelines, and quality management capabilities.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and committed to continuous learning, someone who communicates effectively and provides visibility into their work.
Who Are You?
You bring experience in hands-on technical implementation and development of test scripts, automation pipelines, and quality assurance practices.
You understand agile architecture frameworks and can perform thorough functional testing of mobile and web applications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure security, performance, and data integrity standards are maintained across services and integration points.
- Contribute actively to quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with team members.
- Support the core banking platform and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation roster.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical role.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
