Due to an exciting internal promotion, we have a rare opening for a Senior Business Partner – People and Culture to join our team. If you're passionate about partnering with leaders, driving strategic outcomes, and creating a culture where people thrive, this could be your next great move.

You’ll be partnering with our, Finance, Technology, and Product and Marketing teams in an agile environment where collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement are part of our everyday rhythm.

Who are you?

You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them grow their leadership capability and build high-performing teams. You’ll bring a strategic lens to workforce planning, support embedding agile ways of working into people practices, and help shape a culture that’s future-focused and people-first.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Partner with senior leaders to co-create and deliver people strategies that support business outcomes.
  • Coach leaders to build capability, confidence, and clarity in how they lead.
  • Develop People Plans aligned with workforce and business needs.
  • Champion agile principles across Technology and Product teams.
  • Provide expert advice on employee experience, employment relations, and organisational culture.
  • Lead key People & Culture initiatives and represent the team on cross-functional projects.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, or Human Resources.
  • 7+ years’ experience in HR / People & Culture, including 5+ years in a Business Partner role.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Commercial acumen with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic partnering, influencing, and decision-making.
  • A genuine passion for building culture, enabling leaders, and driving positive change.
