You will be responsible for collaborating with bank stakeholders across the business to analyse and document key processes and business risk management needs that will help the Risk and Compliance Optimisation Program (RCOP) achieve its goals.  
In order to obtain a thorough grasp of the business environment and requirements, this role will cooperate across functions by establishing connections and forming partnerships with business unit stakeholders. 

• You will drive business transformation and support the delivery of optimised and sustainable Line 1 risk management practices, this will involve mapping current and future state processes and helping to design, develop, and implement the RCOP uplift strategy.
• Perform requirements analysis, business and system process analysis, and other tasks to assist with the integration and deployment of an enterprise risk management system (ERMS).   
• Give program BAs guidance on how to carry out activities, including assigning and monitoring their completion, evaluating business analyst artifacts by peers, mentoring and developing team members, and enhancing analysis proficiency throughout the program team. 
• In order to satisfy requirements, offer guidance, confirm requirements with important stakeholders both inside and outside, lead workshops, and record results. 
• Create process maps and journeys for risk management techniques to assess both present and future conditions. 
• Conduct research, analyze data, and scope business processes to support transformative business decisions. Lead sessions on process modelling.
• When necessary, take on the role of a negotiator to settle disputes between important stakeholders.
