Risk Enablement Manager
Location is New Plymouth, Auckland and Wellington
Permanent, Full-time

About the role
This role will provide guidance and active support to leaders and business units with understanding, execution, management and monitoring of TSB’s risk policies and standards. As our manager, you will work directly with senior stakeholders and management to understand the risk environment to establish ‘right-sized’ risk-based maturity uplift plans.
Who are you?
You will be an excellent communicator facilitating workshops and leading incident management forums. A natural leader and collaborator, you have an eye for the big picture, you are adept at root cause analysis, and you remain calm in sticky situations.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships to ensure that business units have an understanding of risk management policies and standards that apply to their business unit, systems and process and are aware of the requirement to comply.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Develop risk management procedures and guidance to support engagement, enablement and execution.
- Deliver specialist risk management services to business units including ongoing reporting and the delivery of risk and compliance training.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with 2LoA specialist teams.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 5+ years’ work experience in the financial services sector.
- Have substantial experience in risk management and compliance.
- An understanding of risk management and compliance techniques.
